Observations about the increase in criminal activity

Those who disbelieve from among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures. (98:6)

Surely the vilest of animals in Allah’s sight are those who disbelieve, then they would not believe. (8:55)

As we continue to watch news around the world, we are again appalled at the number of offenses being committed by migrants. Although this trend is by no means limited to Western countries, the sheer number of migrants that have made their way onto the continent from 2015 up until the present day has greatly impacted the criminal activity as well.

It must be stated that some migrants are not criminal, and certainly had no intention of disobeying the law of the land. They were genuinely wanting escape from tyrannical regimes.  However, we have observed that the majority of the migrants coming to western shores have been male, and young, restless and without family. 

Coming from an ideology where distain for the non Muslim is written in the Sunnah, it is no wonder we are seeing such a disregard for the citizens of the countries that have hosted them. Many became involved in gangs, drug activity and other criminal pursuits. There are daily reports of crimes committed by these individuals. In some cases, they declare their allegiance to Allah by shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ as they commit their offences. 

Within the past month, we have observed rape, stabbings, robbery and drug activity in Europe. In these cases, the perpetrators were migrants and most were known to the police.

A 20-year-old young man was seriously injured by a stabbing weapon in Toulouse on the evening of Thursday, August 5, 2021. 

Paris: A two-year prison sentence has been requested against Imad, the oldest of the gang and for Amine and Mohamed, it is a 3-year prison sentence that is requested since the two defendants are in a state of recidivism. Judgment next Friday.

The above are just a few of the cases within the last month in Europe. Within the past year, we reported on a beating perpetrated by Syrian refugees here in Canada. We have noted that many criminal incidents are not fully reported on, the perpetrator very often is not named, particularly if they are migrants, asylum seekers or illegals.

 Moncton New Brunswick bartender Gary Vautour was found by fellow Monctoner, Chris Lewis. Mr Vautour had been beaten to a pulp and left on the sidewalk.

The last name on this list, Khadar Hassan Khalib is a natural born Canadian. So where has he gotten extremist ideas from? On-line information is there for the taking to be sure. However, Canada is home to many Imams that advocate not only the Caliphate, but also jihad. 

It stands to reason that migrants or asylum seekers that come to Canada with nefarious goals, and even those who are simply devout Muslims, if they are fed propaganda by Canadian Imams, that could most certainly push them into radicalism.

A well-known Imam based in London, Ontario has been on the watch list for years, yet he is still visible on social media and continues to spread his radical ideas. This Imam is the Canadian leader of the radical organization Hizb ut-Tahrir.

Another Imam, based in British Colombia is also on the watch list for his radical views.

In addition, ‘legitimate’ online teachings in Canada reiterate these views. On its official website ICNA Canada shares with its members, followers and supporters the book “Riyad us Saliheen” (“The Gardens of the Righteous” رياض الصالحين) .
